I think so since other mammals have been cloned. However there are very strict guideline and laws around the ethics of human cloning and assisted reproduction so I’m not sure it will ever be done…scientists shouldn’t just do things because they can…it is important to assess the implications of their actions.

If we can do it for sheep, I believe we’ll eventually do it for humans. Besides, as I interpret it, we’ll need to master cloning to perfect teleportation.

I think that the technology is there: as Karen said, if they’ve done it to other mammals, chances are it would work on humans! I’m not sure it’s something it should be done though, again, as Karen said, the ethics around it are very strictly controlled, and rightly so: human cloning would lead to massive moral and legal consequences!
