Now there’s a complicated question. The heart is a real complex instrument.

I don’t think you can really put a limit on when someone falls in love with someone else. Some people say it happens instantaneously. Some people say it takes years.

I think it’s safe to say it’s different for everyone.

      Hi Olivia,
No its not true! And when you are young, especially as a teenager you may have a crush on someone for years and nothing may ever come of it. When you get older you will probably wonder “what in the name of God did I ever see in him/ her”…believe me I’ve been that solider.
Or you might meet the love of your life when you are a teenager like my sister did, who was going out with her now husband since she was 15.
The main thing is don’t stress about it and enjoy being young and forget about any 4 month rule ?

I think Mark and Karen have both given great answers to this one! You have a lot of hormones bubbling around when you’re a teenager which can make it difficult to work out how you’re feeling, but as Karen said, just because you have a crush on someone for 4 months doesn’t mean it’s love, and equally it doesn’t mean it’s not: the main thing is to take things as they come and be happy!
